大鼠肝肠缺血再灌注对远隔器官损伤作用的实验研究

Abstract:
目的通过动物实验观察肝肠缺血再灌注对远隔器官的损伤作用。方法健康雄性wistar大鼠75只,分全肝缺血、肠缺血及肝肠联合缺血3组,分阻断前、阻断末(45min)、再灌注后0.5、2、6h共5个时间点,分别活杀5只大鼠取材,测定血浆及组织匀浆中丙二醛和超氧化物歧化酶水平,并观察血尿素氮、血淀粉酶及肌酸激酶等指标的变化。结果肝肠缺血再灌注后,各组血浆及肺、心、肾、胰组织中丙二醛及超氧化物歧化酶水平均发生显著变化,血尿素氮、血淀粉酶及肌酸激酶混合性同工酶水平均呈上升趋势。结论肝肠联合缺血再灌注早期可引起机体其他脏器严重损伤;在相同热缺血时间内,肠缺血可能比肝脏缺血引起更大的其他重要脏器损伤。
