pdgfr及c-fos的表达与膀胱癌临床生物学特征的关系

Abstract:
目的探讨膀胱移行上皮细胞癌(btcc)组织中血小板源性生长因子受体(pdgfr)及癌蛋白c-fos(c-fos)的表达与btcc的关系。方法应用免疫组化sp法检测43例btcc组织、11例正常膀胱组织、14例癌旁组织中pdgfr及c-fos的表达。结果pdgfr表达于胞膜、核膜和胞质;c-fos表达于胞核和胞质。pdgfr和c-fos在btcc组织表达阳性率均显著高于正常和癌旁组织(p<0.05);两者在btcc血管中的染色明显深于正常血管。c-fos的表达在btcc的分级中存在显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论pdgfr和c-fos的表达可调控膀胱的多种组织,过度表达与btcc的发生密切相关,并可能与肿瘤的血管形成相关。c-fos的表达可反映btcc细胞的增殖状态。
