肿瘤坏死因子受体ⅰ、ⅱ在胃癌中的表达及临床意义

Abstract:
目的探讨胃癌组织中肿瘤坏死因子受体ⅰ、ⅱ(tnfrⅰ、ⅱ)表达量与临床病理因素及肿瘤分期间的关系。方法用免疫组织化学sabc法检测51例胃癌组织、41例癌旁组织及15例正常胃粘膜中tnfrⅰ、ⅱ的表达。结果胃癌组织中tnfrⅰ、ⅱ表达均比癌旁组织及正常组织显著增高(p<0.05),且癌旁组织tnfrⅰ、ⅱ表达亦显著高于正常组织(p<0.05)。在胃癌组织中,tnfrⅰ、ⅱ表达与和浆膜浸润和淋巴结转移无关,而与肿瘤分化程度有关(r=-0.3111,p=0.035;r=-0.5952,p=0.000),当肿瘤分化程度低时tnfrⅰ、ⅱ表达低。结论tnfrⅰ、ⅱ检测对判断胃癌恶性程度有重要价值。
