胃癌高发地区白介素-1基因多态性与胃癌的关系

Abstract:
目的研究白介素-1(il-1)b基因+3954、-511、-31位点和il-1受体拮抗因子(il-1ra)基因(il-1rn)多态性在胃癌高发地区(陕西省)普通人群和胃癌患者中的分布,探讨il-1基因多态性与胃癌发生的关系。方法采用pcr-限制性长度片段多态性(rflp)分析法检测高发地区169名普通人和86例胃癌患者的il-1基因多态性。结果胃癌患者在胃癌高发区普通人群和胃癌患者中,il-1b3954、-31、-511t/t基因型和il-1rn2/2基因型频率无显著差别(χ2值分别为0、0.04、0.3和0,p>0.05)。结论il-1基因多态性可能与我国胃癌高发地区(陕西省)胃癌的发生无关。
