99mtc-mibi脑spect对脑胶质瘤的诊断价值

Abstract:
目的探讨99mtc-mibi脑显像对脑胶质瘤的诊断价值。方法对59例脑胶质瘤患者、9例正常人、6例脑脓肿患者进行99mtc-mibi脑spect显像。判断病灶有无异常摄取并根据感兴趣区(roi)计算肿瘤/非肿瘤比值(t/nt),计算99mtc-mibi脑显像对脑胶质瘤诊断的灵敏度、特异性、准确率。t/nt比值在胶质瘤、脑脓肿及正常组之间的比较采用t检验。结果59例脑胶质瘤患者中,51例显像为阳性,诊断灵敏度86.4%、特异性66.7%、准确率82.4%。15例非胶质瘤受检者有5例阳性。脑胶质瘤组t/nt比值为2.6±1.2,明显高于正常组的1.1±0.2(t=3.6199,p<0.001)和脑脓肿组的1.5±0.5(t=2.1327,p<0.05)。结论用99mtc-mibi脑spect诊断脑胶质瘤灵敏度高,可以有效地鉴别良恶性病变。
