特大面积烧伤伴重度吸入性损伤的救治

Abstract:
目的总结特大面积烧伤伴重度吸入性损伤的治疗经验。方法回顾分析本科2000~2003年收治的18例特大面积烧伤伴重度吸入性损伤患者的临床资料。结果18例患者中治愈15例,死亡3例,治愈率83.3%。结论综合运用各项治疗措施,如早期行预防性气管切开,积极气道灌洗、湿化及应用沐舒坦治疗,早期行肺保护性通气、应用生长激素等,可提高此类患者的治愈率。
