老年心脏病患者血清柯萨奇病毒b特异性抗体和核酸的检测

Abstract:
目的了解柯萨奇b组病毒(cvb)在老年人中的感染状况,探讨cvb感染与心血管疾病的内在关系。方法采用间接酶联免疫吸附试验(elisa)和反转录pcr方法对230例老年人进行了cvbigg抗体和核酸检测。结果心脏病组cvbigg抗体阳性率为43.61%(75/172),对照组抗体阳性率为15.52%(9/58),两者比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。cvbrna检测结果显示,心脏病组阳性率为20.93%(36/172),对照组为3.45%(25/58),两者比较有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论在老年心脏病患者中cvb感染较为普遍,应引起重视。
