应用根管钉-复合树脂桩核制作烤瓷长桥修复牙列缺损

Abstract:
目的探讨保留更多残根、扩大桩核范围修复牙列缺损的新方法。方法应用多个预成根管钉-复合树脂桩核,制作烤瓷长桥,对40例牙列缺损的患者进行缺损修复。结果经随访2~4年,有37例修复效果良好,修复成功率达92.5%。结论保留多个残根,应用多个根管钉-复合树脂桩核,联合制作烤瓷长桥,是修复牙列缺损的一种行之有效的方法。
