胃肠道间质瘤临床诊治及病理分析13例报道

Abstract:
目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤诊治中若干临床问题。方法回顾分析2000年3月至2005年3月确诊的13例胃肠道间质瘤的临床和病理资料。结果患者主要临床表现为消化道出血和腹部胀痛、不适。其中,病变部位胃部8例、小肠5例。病理示恶性3例(23.1%)、良性6例(46.2%)、潜在恶性4例(30.7%)。免疫组化结果11例cd117(+)、10例cd34(+)、2例cd117(-)/cd34(+)、3例cd34(-)/cd117(+)。13例均手术切除,其中胃大部切除6例、胃肿瘤摘除2例、小肠肠段切除5例。随访1个月~5年,平均生存期3.6年。结论胃肠道间质瘤临床表现无特异性,应注意鉴别其良恶性,病理检查是确诊的依据,手术切除后放化疗效果均不理想。
