tps、ca-153和cea联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值

Abstract:
目的探讨组织多肽特异性抗原(tps)、癌相关糖蛋白抗原(ca153)和癌胚抗原(cea)三项标志物联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法乳腺癌患者90例,乳腺良性疾病40例,健康对照组30例,应用酶联免疫吸附试验(elisa)检测tps、ca153和cea三项标志物。结果乳腺癌组三项指标均明显高于健康对照组(p<0.01)。tps对乳腺癌诊断的敏感性为87.7%,特异性为90.0%;ca153敏感性为55.6%,特异性为93.3%;cea敏感性为45.8%,特异性为96.7%。三项联合则敏感性为100%。结论tps、ca153和cea对乳腺癌诊断有一定价值,三者联合检测有明显的互补性,可明显提高乳腺癌诊断的敏感性。
