生脉成骨胶囊对血管内皮细胞增殖及分泌vegf功能的影响

Abstract:
目的探讨生脉成骨胶囊兔血清对人脐静脉血管内皮细胞株(ecv304细胞)增殖及分泌血管内皮生长因子(vegf)功能的影响。方法以mtt法测定体外培养的ecv304细胞增殖,采用elisa法检测培养液上清中vegf浓度,应用透射电镜技术观察药物血清作用12h后细胞显微结构。结果不同剂量生脉成骨胶囊兔血清在作用12h和36h后对ecv304细胞增殖无促进作用,中剂量和高剂量兔血清在36h表现出抑制ecv304细胞增殖的作用(p<0.01),低剂量兔血清作用1h后可显著促进ecv304细胞分泌vegf(p<0.01)。结论生脉成骨胶囊兔血清对ecv304细胞增殖无促进作用,低剂量生脉成骨胶囊兔血清可促进ecv304细胞分泌vegf,提示这可能是生脉成骨胶囊促进血管生成的主要作用机制之一。
