印迹基因生长因子-受体结合蛋白10在人类卵子及种植前胚胎的表达

Abstract:
目的检测silver-russellsyndrome(srs)候选印迹基因―生长因子受体结合蛋白10(grb10)在人类卵子和种植前胚胎的正常表达,探讨grb10与胚胎发育以及辅助生殖的关系。方法应用巢式rt-pcr技术检测印迹基因grb10在人类卵子及种植前胚胎的表达。结果4细胞、8细胞胚胎、囊胚及卵子中均可测到grb10基因的表达,2细胞胚胎中未见表达。结论印迹基因grb10表达于种植前胚胎,与胚胎发育密切相关。
