32p照射对hl-60细胞增殖周期的影响

Abstract:
目的观察32p照射对hl-60细胞周期的影响。方法不同剂量32p体外照射hl-60细胞24、48和72h,流式细胞法检测细胞周期。结果不同剂量32p照射hl-60细胞对细胞周期有明显影响,首先发生g2/m期阻滞;随剂量增大,g2/m期和s期均发生阻滞,以g2/m期阻滞为主。结论32p体外照射hl-60细胞对细胞周期有明显的干扰作用。
