Abstract:
目的拆分西酞普兰(r,s-citalopram)对映异构体,建立s-西酞普兰的质量检测方法。方法采用chirobioticv手性柱,以甲醇-冰醋酸-三乙胺(100:0.1:0.1)为流动相,检测波长240nm,柱温20℃,流速1.0min/ml。结果s、r型异构体获得完全分离,s-西酞普兰在10~150μg/ml范围内具有良好线性,(r=0.9991,n=5)。结论该方法简便、准确,可作为s-西酞普兰含量测定及其r型异构体的含量监控方法。
