犬急性肠系膜缺血介入模型的建立

Abstract:
目的建立一种适合于影像学研究的犬急性肠系膜缺血新模型。方法10只比格犬分为缺血组(8只)和对照组(2只),将4fcobra导管选择性插入肠系膜上动脉。缺血组对肠系膜上动脉分支行无水乙醇栓塞术,对照组注射相同剂量生理盐水,之后行影像学观察和病理学研究。结果数字减影血管造影显示缺血组肠系膜上动脉部分分支血管闭塞,对照组肠系膜上动脉血管无变化;ct和病理学观察缺血组出现急性肠缺血征象,对照组表现正常。结论采用选择性插管无水乙醇栓塞技术可建立适合影像学研究的急性肠系膜缺血模型。
