三袖套法与经典血管吻合法在大鼠异位小肠移植中的应用比较

Abstract:
目的探讨三袖套血管吻合法行大鼠小肠移植的效果。方法将60只wistar大鼠作为受体随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),实验组给予三袖套法血管吻合法,对照组给予经典血管吻合法,比较两组手术效果。结果三袖套法血管吻合法的手术时间、动脉吻合时间、移植肠温缺血时间3项指标均优于经典血管吻合法。结论与经典血管吻合法比较,三袖套血管吻合法更安全、省时,值得推广。
