肾母细胞瘤术前化疗疗效分析

Abstract:
目的探讨分析肾母细胞瘤术前化疗的优劣。方法对35例手术治疗的肾母细胞瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中27例患者术前给予化疗。结果化疗后肿瘤体积明显缩小17例,出现明显化疗药物毒副反应15例;术中死亡1例、术后切口延迟愈合4例、白细胞仍减少5例。结论肾母细胞瘤术前化疗可有效地减少手术并发症的发生,合理的化疗方案的选择,积极的内科保守治疗可有效预防化疗毒副反应及并发症的发生。
