尾加压素ⅱ诱导体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞肥大的研究

Abstract:
目的研究尾加压素ⅱ(uⅱ)能否诱导体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞肥大。方法心肌细胞体外培养40h后,换无血清dmem继续培养24h,应用流式细胞仪和3h-亮氨酸(3h-leu)掺入法观察不同浓度uⅱ作用24h后对心肌细胞大小和蛋白掺入率的影响。结果10-7mol/l的uⅱ能增加心肌细胞的大小(p=0.021)和3h-leu掺入率(p=0.015)。结论uⅱ能诱导体外培养的乳鼠心肌细胞肥大。
