半叶马尾藻多糖体内抗肿瘤作用及其机制探讨

Abstract:

目的研究半叶马尾藻(sc)多糖体内抗肿瘤作用及其机制。方法观察sc多糖对s180小鼠瘤质(重)量、胸腺等免疫器官的影响及分别测定小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(sod),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(gsh-px),丙二醛(mda)的活性。结果sp可明显抑制s180小鼠瘤体的生长,腹腔注射sc150mg/kg?b.w.,连续注射10d,可使肿瘤抑制率达63.52%;小鼠血清中sod、gsh-px的活性分别由(350.76±31.34)nu/ml,(299.36±43.63)u增加到(487.76±16.67)nu/ml(p<0.01),(370.90±16.49)u(p<0.01);mda由(9.46±1.77)nmol/ml降至(7.26±1.18)nmol/ml(p<0.05)。结论sc多糖可通过提高机体免疫功能和抗氧化能力从而抑制肿瘤的生长。
