睾酮对人单核细胞雄激素受体蛋白表达的影响

Abstract:
目的研究不同浓度的睾酮对人单核细胞中雄激素受体(ar)蛋白表达的影响。方法对培养的人单核细胞株thp-1予不同浓度的睾酮刺激,采用westernblotting检测细胞中ar蛋白表达量,进行半定量比较。结果人的单核细胞中存在ar。ar表达量随睾酮浓度的增加而减少。加用选择性受体阻滞剂氟他胺可使这种作用完全阻滞。结论ar表达量随睾酮浓度的增加而减少,并具有一定的时间、剂量依赖性。
