血脂水平对无症状高血压患者st-t改变的影响

Abstract:
目的探讨无症状高血压患者st-t改变的影响因素。方法以无症状高血压患者为研究对象,按心电图表现分为st-t改变组(28例)和无st-t改变组(20例),检测两组患者的血糖、血脂水平。结果与无st-t改变组相比,st-t改变者血清总胆固醇水平明显增高,而高密度脂蛋白水平则明显降低(p<0.05),其他检测指标在两组无显著性差异。结论在血脂正常的无症状高血压患者中,相对较高的总胆固醇水平促使或加重心肌缺血,而高密度胆固醇对心肌损害起着保护作用。
