hla-g蛋白在滋养层细胞的表达及意义

Abstract:
目的探讨人类白细胞抗原g(hla-g)蛋白在妊娠不同阶段和不同种类滋养细胞的表达差异及生物学意义。方法应用免疫组化法(sp)检测30例早孕绒毛、30例中孕胎盘、36例晚孕胎盘中hla-g蛋白的表达情况。结果在表达的时间上,hla-g蛋白强表达于早期绒毛和中期妊娠胎盘中,而在晚期胎盘为弱表达,差异显著(p<0.01);在表达的部位上,hla-g蛋白仅表达于绒毛外滋养层细胞。结论hla-g蛋白在不同孕期及不同种类滋养层细胞表达的差异,提示其可能参与了滋养细胞的有节制侵袭。
