结直肠癌患者手术前后营养及免疫功能的对照观察

Abstract:
目的探讨结直肠癌患者手术前后的营养及免疫功能临床指标。方法随机检测40例结直肠癌患者术前、术后营养和免疫指标并与对照组比较。结果结直肠癌患者术后igm、igg、白蛋白、前白蛋白显著低于术前(p<0.05),而对照组良性肿瘤手术患者手术前后指标无显著差异。结论结直肠癌术后营养及免疫功能显著差于术前。
