胸锁乳突肌扳机点疼痛部位及其性别因素分析

Abstract:
目的研究胸锁乳突肌乳突部扳机点疼痛分布特征及其性别因素。方法采用定量按压法,按其乳突附着部的前、中、后三部分,对不同年龄段男女健康受试者胸锁乳突肌乳突部的扳机点进行检查,采取vas疼痛量化评分评定疼痛程度。结果(1)老年男性组vas疼痛评分为5.226±0.331,老年女性组vas疼痛评分为5.531±0.379;组别间差异无显著性(p>0.05);(2)青年男性组vas疼痛评分为2.940±0.331,青年女性组vas疼痛评分为3.982±0.405;组别间差异无显著性(p>0.05);(3)胸锁乳突肌在乳突前与乳突中、乳突中与乳突后的疼痛比较差异有显著性(p<0.05);乳突前与乳突后差异无显著性(p>0.05)。结论胸锁乳突肌乳突部扳机压痛在性别间差异无显著性,胸锁乳突肌乳突部扳机点疼痛以乳突前和乳突后最为明显。
