k2xba1-xzr4(po4)6系统的合成及热膨胀行为

Abstract:
用固相反应法合成了属于nzp结构的k2xba1-xzr4(po4)6固溶体系统,采用逐步推进的最小二乘法对各组成的高温x射线衍射图作了仔细的指标化和精密点阵常数测定,精确计算了晶格常数随温度的变化.由轴向膨胀系数αa和αc计算得出的平均线膨胀系数-α与由顶杆法热膨胀仪测得的陶瓷样品热膨胀系数基本吻合.
