酶法测定1-磷酸葡萄糖的含量

Abstract:

建立反应液中1-磷酸葡萄糖(g-1-p)的测定方法.分别在样品中加入pglum(ec5.4.2.2)、g6p-dh(ecl.1.1.49)和氧化型辅酶ⅱ(β-nadp),通过测定还原型辅酶ⅱ(β-nadph)吸光值的变化(△a)来确定样品中g-1-p的含量.g-1-p在0~400mg/l范围内与△a呈线性关系,r2=0.9998,其平均回收率为100.88%(rsd=0.52%).该法快速、灵敏、准确.
