中空纤维nay分子筛膜的制备与表征

Abstract:
以二次生长法制备中空纤维nay分子筛膜,考察涂晶方式、合成液硅铝组成、支撑体结构对膜性能的影响。结果表明:晶种浸渍提拉法比擦涂方式所制备的膜分离性能更优,随着支撑体表面粗糙度的增大,所制得的nay分子筛膜性能降低。采用浸渍提拉法在孔隙率为42%、表面平均粗糙度为1.2μm的α-al2o3中空纤维支撑体上涂覆晶种,在n(sio2)/n(al2o3)=11的合成液中制备出高性能nay分子筛膜,其co2/n2分离因子达12.9、甲醇/甲基叔丁基醚分离因子达10000以上。
