阴极缓冲层对有机太阳能器件性能的影响

Abstract:

分别选用lif、8-羟基喹啉铝(alq3)和浴铜灵(bcp)作为阴极缓冲层,制备结构为氧化铟锡(ito)/酞菁铜(cupc)/富勒烯(c60)/阴极缓冲层/al的异质结有机太阳能电池,并研究有无缓冲层对器件性能的影响。结果表明:引入缓冲层后,器件的开路电压和短路电流密度及填充因子均有很大的提高。缓冲层的厚度对器件的性能影响很大,通过优化缓冲层厚度,以lif、alq3和bcp为缓冲层的器件的能量转换效率相比没有缓冲层时分别提高了37.4%、36.2%和108.6%。
