zno量子点/环氧树脂复合材料的制备及其光学性能

Abstract:

在乙醇体系中通过溶胶-凝胶法制备zno量子点(qds),并将其与环氧树脂复合,得到zno量子点-环氧树脂复合材料。利用紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光分光光度计研究量子点的加入量、介质溶剂和量子点加入方式对zno量子点-环氧树脂复合材料光学性能的影响。结果表明:随着量子点加入量的增加,荧光发射强度和紫外吸收能力增强,可见光透过率则降低;乙醇为溶剂所得的复合材料的光学性能较好,但是正己烷为溶剂所得的复合材料具有较强的硬度;将量子点先与固化剂(b胶)混合,再与环氧树脂(a胶)混合所得到的复合材料的光学性能优于将量子点先与环氧树脂(a胶)混合所得的材料。
