柱前衍生化hplc法测定发酵液中l-瓜氨酸和l-鸟氨酸含量

Abstract:

建立一种应用异硫氰酸苯酯将l瓜氨酸和l鸟氨酸柱前衍生后进行定量分析的高效液相色谱法.实验结果表明,瓜氨酸在02~20mg/ml范围内线性回归显著(r2=09998),平均回收率9987%;鸟氨酸在02~20mg/ml范围内线性回归显著(r2=09997),平均回收率10092%.应用该方法对发酵液中l瓜氨酸和l鸟氨酸含量进行测定取得了满意的结果,能有效指导谷氨酸棒杆菌l瓜氨酸的发酵生产.
