微生物絮凝剂产生菌的培养条件优化及其应用

Abstract:
采用正交试验法对微生物絮凝剂产生菌bacillussubtilisb3的发酵培养基进行优化.通过对实验结果的统计学分析,得到培养基最佳c源、n源、无机盐质量浓度比为10∶5∶1.在此基础上,对发酵条件进行优化,结果表明:该菌产絮凝剂的最佳培养温度为35℃,初始ph为80,转速为200r/min,培养时间为16h.用絮凝剂处理不同来源的污水,实验表明,该絮凝剂对南京炼油厂污水、校园生活污水以及南京金川河内污水均具有较好絮凝效果.
