醋酸甲酯与正丙醇酯交换反应的非均相反应动力学

Abstract:
以强酸性离子交换树脂amberlyst-15为催化剂,在间歇反应器中研究醋酸甲酯与正丙醇的酯交换反应的非均相反应动力学。在消除内外扩散的条件下,考察催化剂用量、醇酯摩尔比和温度等因素对反应的影响。实验表明:醋酸甲酯的转化率随着催化剂用量、醇酯摩尔比的增加和温度的升高而增加,但是温度对反应平衡常数的影响较小。确定了组分间的吸附平衡常数,并采用langmuir-hinshelwood-haugen-watson(lhhw)模型对实验数据进行拟合。拟合结果表明:计算值与实验值吻合较好,正、逆反应的活化能分别为58.40和53.08kj/mol,醋酸甲酯的吸附平衡常数为0.0742。
