低负载量mos2/3a分子筛催化剂的制备及其加氢脱硫性能

Abstract:

以四硫代钼酸铵为前驱体,采用等体积浸渍法制备一系列mos2和co掺杂的3a分子筛催化剂,并采用x线衍射仪(xrd)、比表面积分析仪(bet)和扫描电子显微镜(sem)对催化剂进行表征分析。以噻吩/环己烷为模拟油,考察催化剂的加氢脱硫(hds)活性。结果表明:在免预硫化、低负载量(0.5%mo)的条件下,mos2/3a分子筛催化剂的催化活性为97%;co掺杂的mos2/3a分子筛催化剂,其hds活性接近100%;此外,在相同反应条件和制备方法下,mos2/3a催化剂的催化活性均高于mos2/γ-al2o3和mos2/堇青石催化剂。由此表明,采用3a分子筛替代传统的γ-al2o3和蜂窝堇青石作为载体不仅降低了mos2的负载量,节约了成本,而且还有效地提高了催化剂的hds活性;且co的掺杂进一步促进了催化剂活性的提高。
