煅烧高岭土表面有机改性及在有机溶剂中的分散性能

Abstract:

利用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(vteos)以及十二胺和3-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(gps)制备的改性剂对煅烧高岭土表面进行化学改性,并通过傅里叶红外光谱仪(ft-ir)、热分析仪(tga)、静态接触角(ca)、透射电子显微镜(tem)等对样品进行表征。结果表明:vteos在煅烧高岭土颗粒表面成功进行硅烷化反应,十二胺与gps合成的改性剂对硅烷化的改性颗粒随之实现化学接枝;vteos用量对最终改性产物的接枝量及亲疏水性能有直接影响;随着vteos用量的增加,终产物表面接枝的改性剂基团也逐渐增多,最大热烧失量约为14.31%;但是颗粒疏水性未持续增强,接触角最大值约为147°,最小值约为127°;vteos与高岭土质量相当时制备的最终改性产物在不同极性有机溶剂如乙醇、丙酮、二甲苯和环己烷中都能均一分散,未出现明显的团聚现象,平均粒径分别为1.08、1.71、1.34及1.85μm。
