磺酸功能化离子液体杂多酸盐催化醛(酮)与乙二醇缩合制备缩醛(酮)

Abstract:
以磺酸功能化离子液体杂多酸盐作为醛(酮)与乙二醇的缩合反应的催化剂,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(ft-ir)、核磁共振仪(nmr)、电喷雾质谱仪(esi-ms)等对样品进行表征。考察缩合反应中不同催化剂的用量、反应底物的适用性和催化剂复用性能。结果表明:磺酸功能化离子液体杂多酸盐类催化剂的熔点为100~200℃,属于离子型固体化合物,只溶于强极性体系。催化剂在弱极性反应体系有相分离现象,并表现出优异的催化性能,催化剂回收操作简单,回收率高,复用性能稳定。
