动态层次分析法在客户关系管理系统中的应用

Abstract:
提出了一种基于动态的层次分析方法(analytichierarchyprocess)的最优客户选择算法.根据ahp方法确定权重矢量和评价矩阵,再通过运算求出决策矢量,最终实现对候选客户的排序和选择,以帮助解决客户关系管理系统中的最优客户选择问题.
