纳米zno晶体的制备与表征

Abstract:
采用一种简单的直接物理蒸发法制备了纳米zno晶体,该生长过程在无催化剂的条件下于900~1200℃下进行的.所得产物用x射线衍射仪(xrd)和扫描电子显微镜(sem)进行了表征.结果表明所得的产物属于纤锌矿结构的高纯度六方相zno,在实验中发现在900~1000℃的条件下容易生成纳米棒,在1000~1100℃的条件下容易生成纳米线,在1100~1200℃的条件下容易生成纳米梳.并简单讨论了其生长机理,提出所得纳米结构是通过简单的vs(vapor-solid)机制生长的.
