聚羧酸盐系水泥助磨剂的合成

Abstract:

通过马来酸酐(ma)和聚乙二醇(peg)酯化,再与丙烯酸缩聚的技术路线,研究水泥助磨剂的合成工艺及其助磨效果.结果表明:在n(ma)∶n(peg)=14∶10、合成反应温度90℃、反应3h、保温1h、引发剂的质量为单体质量的2%时,合成的助磨剂助磨效果最佳.在500mm×500mm实验磨、助磨剂掺量005%、粉磨时间36min的条件下,水泥的008mm方孔筛筛余降低74%,勃氏比表面积提高198%,水泥砂浆3d抗压强度提高105%,28d抗压强度提高83%.
