氯甲基聚苯乙烯树脂接枝双子烟酸酯型吡啶盐的杀菌性能

Abstract:

以烟酸、乙二醇为初始原料,酯化反应后得到对称的双子烟酸酯,以氯甲基聚苯乙烯(pvbc)树脂上的苄氯基为活性中心,经接枝、季铵化后得到水不溶性双子烟酸酯型吡啶盐杀菌剂。用红外光谱(ft-ir)、x线光电子能谱(xps)、环境扫描电镜(esem)对产物进行表征分析,模拟工业循环水环境对杀菌剂活性进行测试。结果表明:当异养菌悬浮液浓度为5.45×106个/ml,杀菌剂用量为20g/l时,其杀菌率可达98.2%。对杀菌后的失活杀菌剂进行再生,用盐酸-乙醇溶液作为再生试剂,再生后的杀菌率可达97%以上。
