乙醇脱水制乙烯工艺条件的响应面法优化

Abstract:
研究活性al2o3催化剂催化乙醇脱水的过程,在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面方法优化温度、进料速度和催化剂粒径等工艺参数,建立预测模型。结合生产实际和实验室研究成果,使用建立的模型,在乙烯时空收率≥5h-1,乙醇转化率≥98%的条件下,得到乙烯选择性的最优化条件。结果表明:催化剂装填量为5g,原料乙醇质量分数为95%,温度398.5℃,进料速率40ml/h,催化剂粒径0.4mm的条件下反应,乙醇转化率为98.0%,乙烯选择性和时空收率分别为99.5%和5.0h-1。预测结果与实验值误差≤2%,建立的预测模型准确可靠。
