yb-ce共掺yig纳米晶的醇热法合成与磁性能

Abstract:

以分散性好的钇铝石榴石(yag)纳米晶为晶种,采用醇热法合成yb-ce共掺的ybxce1.5y1.5-xfe5o12(x=0、0.25、0.5、0.75和1.0)(yig)纳米晶。x线衍射(xrd)测试表明各组分产物均为单相石榴石结构,经rietveld方法全谱拟合分析发现,yb-ce共掺yig纳米晶晶胞参数a不随yb3+掺杂量的改变而显著变化(均略大于1.249nm),平均晶粒尺寸约为30nm,与场发射扫描电子显微镜(fesem)观察到的颗粒尺寸一致。振动样品磁强计(vsm)测试结果表明,随yb3+掺杂量x的增大,室温饱和磁化强度σs有所下降,这是由于yb3+取代石榴石结构中y3+,进入十二面体位置使晶胞分子磁矩减小所致。此外,yb-ce共掺yig纳米晶饱和磁化强度与其晶粒尺寸随yb掺杂量的变化规律呈现出一定的相似性。
