含内双凹坑高温压力管道面内极限弯矩

Abstract:

采用有限元分析方法,基于蠕变应变准则,分析了含内双凹坑高温压力管道面内极限弯矩,确定凹坑发生干涉的距离。与凹坑干涉对极限内压的影响结果进行比较表明,干涉对极限内压的影响较对极限弯矩的影响更为显著。2%和5%蠕变应变准则得到的凹坑干涉结果表明,蠕变应变准则对结果影响不大,采用2%蠕变应变准则是可行的。
