带有平直-矩形内翅片管的流动与传热特性

Abstract:

利用三维模拟计算与试验的方法研究应用于废气再循环(egr)冷却器的带有平直-矩形内翅片管的流动与传热特性,以及内翅片的迎风距离对管侧传热的影响。研究表明:这种新型的内翅片管能够显著地强化传热;数值模拟计算获得的管侧压降.摩擦因子和努塞尔数与试验方法得到的数据相比,最大偏差分别是6.7%、6.5%和5.9%;内翅片的迎风距离越大,传热性能越好。
