制备工艺对织构化0.94(na0.5k0.5)nbo3-0.06linbo3无铅压电陶瓷结构及性能的影响

Abstract:

采用两步法烧结工艺制备高织构化的0.94(na0.5k0.5)nbo3-0.06linbo3(简称为knln6)无铅压电陶瓷。采用x线衍射仪(xrd)、扫描电子显微镜(sem)、铁电测试系统和准静态分析仪研究制备工艺对织构化knln6陶瓷显微结构和铁电压电性能的影响,并确定最佳的极化工艺。结果表明:随着第一步烧结温度的提高,织构化knln6压电陶瓷有序度逐渐提高,晶粒尺寸逐渐变大,矫顽场(ec)逐渐降低,剩余极化强度(pr)先增加后降低。当极化条件为极化电压25kv/cm、极化温度80℃、极化时间15min时,在1180℃保温5min,然后在1000℃保温10h的高织构化knln6陶瓷的压电常数(d33)达到282pc/n,较之前文献报导提高20%。
