从钛酸盐制备介孔锐钛/金红石型双晶tio2及其光催化性能

Abstract:

以二钛酸钾(k2ti2o5)经离子交换得到的二钛酸(h2ti2o5·xh2o)为原料,与nh4cl-hcl溶液在150℃进行水热反应,制备出介孔锐钛/金红石型双晶tio2。通过x线衍射仪(xrd),场发射扫描电子显微镜(fe-sem)、低温n2吸附-脱附以及紫外拉曼等对试样进行表征,并考察tio2光催化剂降解甲基橙的活性及其稳定性。结果表明:金红石质量分数为22.6%时的介孔双晶tio2的活性最高,是商业纳米tio2(a91)的2.6倍,并与商用tio2催化剂p25的活性相当。此外,介孔双晶tio2经10次循环使用后,活性为新鲜催化剂的92%,其具备的微米尺寸形貌更容易回收再利用,具有潜在的工业应用价值。
