以蛋清为成孔剂制备fe3o4及其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能

Abstract:

以蛋清为成孔剂通过溶胶-凝胶法制备具有大孔结构的磁性fe3o4吸附材料。研究蛋清的加入量对fe3o4的结构、孔径、形貌和吸附性质的影响。结果表明:蛋清的加入能够辅助形成孔结构,不同的加入量对孔结构影响较大。在0.5mmol/lfe2(so4)3与0.5mmol/lfeso4混合溶液中加入40ml蛋清的条件下制备的fe3o4具有孔结构。由于均匀的孔径结构既能提供更多的吸附位点,也能为吸附质提供有效的通道,所以40ml蛋清条件下制备的样品具有最高的饱和吸附容量(32.51mg/g)。样品在ph=10.5下吸附性能最佳。通过动力学和热力学数据计算拟合发现,样品的吸附过程符合准二级动力学模型以及freundiich吸附等温式。
