质子交换膜燃料电池双极板与气体扩散层接触压力测量与模拟

Abstract:
质子交换膜(pem)燃料电池的组装力和工作温度对双极板与气体扩散层(gdl)之间的接触压力有着重要影响,而双极板与气体扩散层之间接触压力的大小与分布对燃料电池的电化学性能至关重要。基于有限元软件abaqus开发了pem燃料电池预紧力-温度顺序耦合程序,预测得到了不同螺栓预紧力和温度下双极板与气体扩散层间接触压力的大小和分布。有限元分析结果表明:接触压力随预紧力的增大而增大;燃料电池的工作温度对双极板与气体扩散层之间的接触压力有重要影响,接触压力随温度的升高而增大。采用压力传感膜技术试验测试了双极板与gdl之间的接触压力大小与分布,试验结果与模拟结果吻合较好。
