固相法制备li+电池正极材料limnpo4

Abstract:

采用固相法制备橄榄石型磷酸锰锂(limnpo4)正极材料。通过热分析仪(tg-dsc)及x线衍射仪(xrd)对球磨产物前驱体进行分析,通过xrd、场发射扫描电子显微镜(fesem)及恒电流充放电等测试手段,考察不同煅烧温度及保温时间对limnpo4的物相结构、形貌及电化学性能的影响。结果表明:前驱体合理的煅烧温度范围为475~625℃。在475℃下保温10h得到纯相limnpo4颗粒,其在0.05c下的放电容量为95.7ma·h/g。
