球磨法制备羟基硅油pickering乳液

Abstract:

采用球磨法一步制备硅溶胶与羟基硅油形成的pickering乳液。通过改变硅溶胶ph可以使制备的乳液发生油包水型(w/o)到水包油型(o/w)的转相。在硅溶胶中,nacl浓度0.1mol/l,sio2质量分数6%的条件下,当ph<2时形成稳定w/o型乳液;当ph=3~8时形成稳定o/w型乳液;当ph>9时形成w/o型乳液,但不能稳定存在;ph=2与9时为乳液的转相点且乳液容易凝胶。对乳液中的颗粒进行傅里叶红外光谱(ft-ir)和热分析(tga)表征。结果表明:在球磨制备乳液的过程中,sio2颗粒表面化学接枝了羟基硅油。羟基硅油接枝率为6.3%的改性颗粒易于稳定o/w型乳液;羟基硅油接枝率为12.3%以上的改性颗粒易于稳定w/o型乳液。电解质的加入有助于增强乳液颗粒间絮凝作用,提升乳液的稳定性,但电解质的过量加入会使颗粒絮凝程度加剧,不利于乳液稳定。乳液粒径随硅溶胶中sio2颗粒和nacl浓度的增加而减小。nacl浓度增加时,所制备乳液的奥氏熟化效应逐渐减缓,sio2质量分数的变化对所制备乳液的奥氏熟化效应影响不大。
