钢板处理工艺对搪瓷性能的影响

Abstract:
主要研究了钢板的硫酸酸洗时间对搪瓷性能的影响,比较了不同的酸洗时间对搪瓷抗冲击性能、耐盐酸性能和耐柠檬酸性能的影响.依据国标测试了密着性能、耐沸腾盐酸性能与室温柠檬酸性能,借助扫描电镜(sem)对搪瓷的断面进行表征.实验结果表明:不同的硫酸酸洗时间主要对搪瓷的抗冲击性能有影响,而对搪瓷的耐沸腾盐酸性能和耐柠檬性能几乎没有影响.
